Today’s session really opened up our minds to how board games can bring out true behaviours critical thinking, decision-making, even negotiation in a fun and engaging way.

-Nash, Learning & Development, Tan Chong Group

As a boss, I initially approached these games with curiosity — but I was amazed at how accurately they simulate real-life deal mechanics, particularly in syndicated or club deal commercial negotiations. Playing ‘I Am the Boss’ and ‘Pandemic’ was an eye-opener: collaboration often proves far more effective than competition in achieving meaningful goals.

-Lim Xian Wei, Vice President at HSBC Malaysia

When I was invited, I was a bit sceptical. I had never joined a training program using board games. But I stayed until the end because I found it interesting and engaging. If I found it valuable, I believe the younger generation will find it even more helpful. I fully support this kind of program.

-Participant Strategic Play 2

Fun element, simplicity of the language used by trainers, venue and worksheets provided. I really like the introduction session, especially my team. Both of them were just promoted and they were looking for some training to improve their managerial skills.

-Viviantie Sarjuni, Chief Executive Officer, Institut Keusahawanan Negara Berhad (INSKEN) & Participant Strategic Play 2.0

Engaging and interactive. This is an eye opener event and different from other common training events. This session using games to analyse ourselves. I know what are my abilities, skills and talents.

-Khairul Falah bin Shamsul Bahrain, ISRA International Consulting Sdn Bhd

Gamifaction technique used to address what required to change the way we think and act. Teamwork, collaboration and quick thinking are among other traits that an employee have to grasp in order to accomplish the tasks given.

-Aishah Ali Sibramulisi, HSBC Malaysia, Board Games For Bankers Programme
