Dynamic Essential Skill: Towards Excellence Through Effective Decision Making & Problem Solving Technique is an immersive workshop designed for Executives and Managers at Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) who seek to sharpen their analytical thinking and elevate the quality of decisions they make in complex, high-stakes environments. Rooted in both contemporary decision-making frameworks and values-based leadership, the programme equipped participants with the mindset, tools and collaborative skills needed to identify problems clearly, generate creative solutions, and act decisively as individuals and as teams.
