The Intrapreneurial Journey was a 2-day experiential learning programme designed for TNB’s PROTÉGÉ Ready to Work cohort, delivered in collaboration with ILSAS TNB and facilitated by Startlah Innovation. Participants were guided through the end-to-end process of designing products and services using Design Thinking, building and validating business models using the Business Model Canvas, and applying digital marketing tools to attract and retain customers. The programme combined short lectures, serious board game simulations, action learning, and real-world case studies — equipping young graduates with the entrepreneurial mindset and practical skills needed to thrive in a corporate environment.
